Shipping and Refund Policies:
ACI Georgia ships workbooks for certifications. There is no charge for shipping. If you are looking for your workbook that you have recently ordered please note that if you are also registered for a workshop, you will receive your workbook then. If you have ordered a workbook and are registered for an Exam only, we will ship your workbook once we receive the order.
Notice of cancellation for certifications much be received 5 days prior to the workshop or exam date, NOTE: Failure to show will result in a $100 fee. For all cancellations and to prevent any problems, please contact Wayne Wilson at [email protected]
Refunds are available depending on the situation. Please contact us to request a refund.
Status of Exam Results:
Exam results will be available 6-8 weeks after exam. You will receive an email, followed by a letter. While ACI GA Chapter administers exams, we do not score them or distribute results. This is handled by ACI International. Please contact ACI at [email protected] or (248) 848-3790 to verify your results and address.
