Join us for an inside look at the structural engineering and concrete innovations behind this remarkable project. Walter P Moore, the project's structural engineer, helped develop an innovative structural system incorporating high-strength concrete, strategically designed shear walls, and concrete outriggers to address the challenges of wind loads, building movement, and varying structural requirements.

Speaker Bio: Tim Santi is a Managing Principal with Walter P Moore with nearly 30 years of experience delivering complex, high-profile projects worldwide, including sports venues, healthcare facilities, convention centers, airports, and tall buildings. He leads business development across multiple markets, serves on the firm’s Strategy Council, completed the firm’s IMPACT leadership program, and helped launch operations in Riyadh and an upcoming European office. Known for innovative project delivery and client leadership, Tim has lived in Atlanta for 25 years. He enjoys playing electric guitar, restoring classic muscle cars, and spending time with his wife and three children.
