A Concrete Flatwork Associate is a person who has demonstrated knowledge (via a written examination) on proper procedures to place, consolidate, finish, edge, joint, cure and protect concrete flatwork.

An Advanced Concrete Flatwork Finisher (formerly Concrete Flatwork Finisher and Technician) is a craftsman who has demonstrated the knowledge AND skills and/or experience necessary to place, consolidate, finish, edge, joint, cure and protect concrete flatwork.

The Georgia Chapter ACI offers the written exam only and offers three registration options:

Option 1: Exam Review Workshop & Written Exam; for new finishers and those requiring additional review, we offer a Written Exam Review Workshop prior to administration of the written exam.  The Exam Review Workshop is given in English and includes an ACI Workbook, the workbook will be shipped to you upon receipt of payment. For the workshop bring your ACI Workbook and a highlighter for review during the exam review workshop. For the Exam be sure and bring a picture ID, two #2 pencils and a simple function calculator.

Option 2: Written Exam & ACI Workbook only; for experienced finishers who are seeking certification and are comfortable studying on their own for the written exam; the ACI Workbook will be shipped as soon as we receive payment.

Option 3: Written Exam only; for previously certified finishers seeking re-certification and are comfortable taking the exam without a review.

***Note:  ACI Workbooks and Exams are available in Spanish, if you would like a Spanish Version please add your request in the "Comments" section at registration and we will process your order accordingly.***

If you need to cancel or re-schedule an existing registration it must be done before the exam date by emailing Wayne Wilson at ([email protected]). There maybe a $100 charge if you are registered and do not show up for the exam.
